New product development and Improvements. FCE acknowledges that POSCO Power will be making efforts to develop new products and improve the FCE Technology and agrees to provide POSCO Power with technical and related information reasonably necessary and to the extent reasonably available to FCE for such new product development and improvement efforts. POSCO Power acknowledges and agrees that any such new product development and improvements shall be subject to quality review and consent by FCE (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld) before they are incorporated into Fuel Cell Stack Modules.
