NEW RESTAURANT EXPANSION. Borrower and its affiliates shall limit new restaurant expansion to 8 stores in fiscal year 1998. Borrower will not commit to establish any new restaurants or restaurant expansion in any fiscal year beyond 1998 unless such stores can be established and supported out of existing operational cash flow or other finance sources acceptable to Lender and Borrower, and provided in no event shall such expansion exceed 8 stores after fiscal year 1998."
