New Safekeeping Structure. The Paying Agent undertakes to the Issuer that it will, in connection with the issue of the Notes, perform the duties which are stated to be performed by it in Exhibit H (New Safekeeping Structure Duties). Each Agent (other than the Paying Agent) agrees that if any information that is required by the Paying Agent to perform the duties set out in such Exhibit becomes known to it, it will promptly provide such information to the Paying Agent.
