Common use of New Section 3 Clause in Contracts

New Section 3. 14. There is hereby inserted into the Shareholders’ Agreement a new Section 3.14, immediately after existing Section 3.13, which shall read as follows:

New Section 3. 1412. There is hereby inserted into the Shareholders’ Agreement a new Section 3.143.12, immediately after existing new Section 3.11 and immediately prior to new Section 3.13, which shall read as follows:

New Section 3. 1410. There is hereby inserted into the Shareholders’ Agreement a new Section 3.143.10, immediately after existing Section 3.133.09 and immediately prior to existing Article 4, which shall read as follows:
