Common use of New Section 3 Clause in Contracts

New Section 3. 13. There is hereby inserted into the Shareholders’ Agreement a new Section 3.13, immediately after new Section 3.12 and immediately prior to existing Article 4, which shall read as follows:

New Section 3. 1312. There is hereby inserted into the Shareholders’ Agreement a new Section 3.133.12, immediately after new Section 3.12 3.11 and immediately prior to existing Article 4new Section 3.13, which shall read as follows:

New Section 3. 1314. There is hereby inserted into the Shareholders’ Agreement a new Section 3.133.14, immediately after new existing Section 3.12 and immediately prior to existing Article 43.13, which shall read as follows:
