Common use of New Securities Clause in Contracts

New Securities. During the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Expiration Time, in the event that, (a) any Company Stock or other equity securities of Company are issued to any Stockholder after the date of this Voting Agreement pursuant to any stock dividend, stock split, recapitalization, reclassification, combination or exchange of Company securities owned by such Stockholder, (b) any Stockholder purchases or otherwise acquires beneficial ownership of any Company Stock or other equity securities of Company after the date of this Voting Agreement, or (c) any Stockholder acquires the right to vote or share in the voting of any Company Stock or other equity securities of Company after the date of this Voting Agreement (such Company Stock or other equity securities of the Company, collectively the “New Securities”), then such New Securities acquired or purchased by each such Stockholder shall be subject to the terms of this Voting Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted Shares as of the date hereof.

New Securities. During the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Expiration Time, in the event that, that (ai) any shares of Company Common Stock or other equity securities of Company are issued to any a Stockholder after the date of this Voting Agreement pursuant to any stock dividend, stock split, recapitalization, reclassification, combination or exchange of Company securities owned by such a Stockholder, (bii) any a Stockholder purchases or otherwise acquires beneficial ownership of any shares of Company Common Stock or other equity securities of Company after the date of this Voting Agreement, or (ciii) any a Stockholder acquires the right to vote or share in the voting of any Company Common Stock or other equity securities of Company after the date of this Voting Agreement (such Company Common Stock or other equity securities of the Company, collectively the “New Securities”), then such New Securities acquired or purchased by each such Stockholder shall be subject to the terms of this Voting Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted Shares as of the date hereof.

New Securities. During the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Expiration Time, in the event that, (a) any Company shares of SPAC Common Stock or other equity securities of Company SPAC are issued to any Stockholder after the date of this Voting Support Agreement pursuant to any stock dividend, stock split, recapitalization, reclassification, combination or exchange of Company securities owned by such Stockholdercombination, (b) any Stockholder purchases or otherwise acquires beneficial ownership of any Company shares of SPAC Common Stock or other equity securities of Company SPAC after the date of this Voting Support Agreement, or (c) any Stockholder acquires the right to vote or share in the voting of any Company SPAC Common Stock or other equity securities of Company SPAC after the date of this Voting Support Agreement (such Company SPAC Common Stock or other equity securities of the CompanySPAC, collectively the “New Securities”), then such New Securities acquired or purchased by each such the relevant Stockholder shall be subject to the terms of this Voting Support Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted the Stockholder Shares as of the date hereof.

During the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Expiration Time, in the event that, (a) any Company Common Stock or other equity securities of Company are issued to any Stockholder the Shareholder after the date of this Voting Support Agreement pursuant to any stock dividend, stock split, recapitalization, reclassification, combination or exchange of Company securities owned by such Stockholderthe Shareholder, (b) any Stockholder Shareholder purchases or otherwise acquires beneficial ownership of any Company Common Stock or other equity securities of Company after the date of this Voting Support Agreement, or (c) any Stockholder the Shareholder acquires the right to vote or share in the voting of any Company Common Stock or other equity securities of Company after the date of this Voting Support Agreement (such Company Common Stock or other equity securities of the Company, collectively the “New Securities”), then such New Securities acquired or purchased by each such Stockholder the Shareholder shall be subject to the terms of this Voting Support Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted Shares as of the date hereof.

During the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Expiration TimeTermination Date, in the event that, (a) any Company Stock Class A Ordinary Shares or other equity securities of Company are issued to any Stockholder a Shareholder after the date of this Voting Agreement pursuant to any stock share dividend, stock share split, recapitalization, reclassification, combination or exchange of Company securities owned by such Stockholderthe Shareholders, (b) any Stockholder a Shareholder purchases or otherwise acquires beneficial ownership of any Company Stock Class A Ordinary Shares or other equity securities of Company after the date of this Voting Agreement, or (c) any Stockholder a Shareholder acquires the right to vote or share in the voting of any Company Stock Class A Ordinary Shares or other equity securities of Company after the date of this Voting Agreement (such Company Stock Class A Ordinary Shares or other equity securities of the Company, collectively the “New Securities”), then such New Securities acquired or purchased by each such Stockholder Shareholder shall be subject to the terms of this Voting Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted Covered Shares as of the date hereof.

New Securities. During the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Expiration Time, in the event that, (a) any Company Stock shares of SPAC Shares or other equity securities of Company SPAC are issued to any Stockholder after the date of this Voting Support Agreement pursuant to any stock dividend, stock split, recapitalization, reclassification, combination or exchange of Company securities owned by such Stockholdercombination, (b) any Stockholder purchases or otherwise acquires beneficial ownership of any Company Stock shares of SPAC Shares or other equity securities of Company SPAC after the date of this Voting Support Agreement, or (c) any Stockholder acquires the right to vote or share in the voting of any Company Stock SPAC Shares or other equity securities of Company SPAC after the date of this Voting Support Agreement (such Company Stock SPAC Shares or other equity securities of the CompanySPAC, collectively the “New Securities”), then such New Securities acquired or purchased by each such the relevant Stockholder shall be subject to the terms of this Voting Support Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted the Stockholder Shares as of the date hereof.
