New Security Instruments. At Landlord’s election, this Lease shall become subject and subordinate to any Security Instrument created after the Effective Date. Notwithstanding such subordination, Tenant’s right to quiet possession of the Premises shall not be disturbed so long as no Event of Tenant’s Default has occurred, unless this Lease is otherwise terminated pursuant to its terms, and such Lenders agree to execute a non-disturbance agreement in connection therewith in a form reasonably acceptable to Tenant, but Tenant acknowledges it will be working with the lender’s form.
New Security Instruments. This Lease is subject and subordinate to any Security Instrument created after the Effective Date. Notwithstanding such subordination, Tenant’s right to quiet possession of the Premises shall not be disturbed and this Lease shall continue in full force and effect so long as Tenant is not in default (after applicable notice and cure periods) and performs all of its obligations under this Lease, unless this Lease is otherwise terminated pursuant to its terms. However, if any Lender so requires, this Lease shall become prior and superior to any such Security Instrument.
