Common use of New Services Notification and Development Clause in Contracts

New Services Notification and Development. Genuity agrees to notify Xxxx ------------------------------------------ Atlantic of any new services at the same time as these new services are made available to Genuity's internal wholesale and/or retail Sales Channels. Genuity agrees to make available to Xxxx Atlantic any new services Genuity develops; provided that Xxxx Atlantic and Genuity mutually agree on the terms and conditions for the new services. Xxxx Atlantic, in its sole discretion, shall select the calendar date on which Xxxx Atlantic shall elect to roll out such new Genuity Services. Xxxx Atlantic shall provide Genuity forty-five (45) days advance written notice of new service roll out.
