New Structures and Equipment Sample Clauses
The "New Structures and Equipment" clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the installation, construction, or addition of new buildings, facilities, or machinery on a property or within a project. Typically, this clause outlines the approval process required before any new structures or equipment can be introduced, specifies compliance with relevant laws and standards, and may assign responsibility for costs, maintenance, or insurance. Its core practical function is to ensure that any additions or upgrades are properly managed, safe, and consistent with the overall objectives of the agreement, thereby preventing unauthorized changes and potential disputes.
