Common use of New Taxes Clause in Contracts

New Taxes. (a) If at any time during the Term of this document a Change in Impost occurs that increases the amounts the Service Provider or a related body corporate of the Service Provider is required to pay directly or indirectly in respect of the transportation of Natural Gas and the Shipper is not required to reimburse that amount to the Service Provider under any other provisions of this document, then the Shipper must pay the Service Provider an amount equal to the net amount of the increase to the extent that it is related to Natural Gas transported by the Service Provider under this document.

(a) If at any time during the Term term of this document a Change in Impost occurs that increases the amounts the Service Provider Providers (or in the case of a Carbon Charge, a related body corporate of the Service Provider is Providers) are required to pay directly or indirectly in respect of the transportation of Natural Gas and the Shipper is not required to reimburse that amount to the Service Provider Providers under any other provisions of this document, then the Shipper must pay the Service Provider Providers an amount equal to the net amount of the increase to the extent that it is related to Natural Gas transported by the Service Provider Providers under this document.
