New Teacher Component. 39.1.3.1 Support services for new teachers not participating in the PAR Program shall be provided through the BTSA, Intern, Pre-Intern, Para-To-Teacher, or other programs, as appropriate, with the goal of having every new teacher engaged in a support program.
