New Tenancy. 11.1 This tenancy is a new tenancy for the purposes of the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995. 11.2 If We at any time agree that You may defer payment of any sums under this tenancy, then for the purposes of s.17 Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 those sums will be deemed to be due for payment on the deferred date agreed and not on the earlier date on which they would have fallen due.
