Common use of New Winter Clause in Contracts

New Winter. applicants (subject to approval of a live-on exemption when applicable): Students who apply to live on campus beginning winter term will have until December 15, 2021 to cancel their Contract without a cancellation fee. After this date, they will receive a $1000 cancellation fee to cancel their Contract pre-Occupancy.
