Common use of New York Office Clause in Contracts

New York Office. The Company shall continue to maintain an office in New York, New York for Executive’s use in connection with his performance of services for the Company pursuant to this Agreement, at the location which the Company and Executive have previously agreed on for such office. Following the Fourth Restatement Effective Date, the New York office may be relocated by the Company to any location reasonably satisfactory to Executive.
