Newly Discovered Facts. Executive hereby acknowledges that he or she may hereafter discover facts different from or in addition to those that he or she now knows or believes to be true when he or she expressly agreed to assume the risk of the possible discovery of additional facts, and he or she agrees that this Agreement will be and remain effective regardless of such additional or different facts.
