Common use of Next Generation Sequencing Technology Clause in Contracts

Next Generation Sequencing Technology. It is the intent and mutual understanding of the Parties that this Agreement shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute any commitment or obligation for the Parties to collaborate on any “next generation” sequencing instrument. Specifically, this Agreement places no restrictions whatsoever on either Party relating to the development or commercialization of next generation sequencing instruments.
