Common use of NFC Representation Protocol Clause in Contracts

NFC Representation Protocol. The parties agree that the provisions set out in the Attachment to the ISDA 2013 EMIR NFC Representation Protocol published by ISDA on March 8, 2013 (the “NFC Representation Protocol”) shall apply to the Agreement as if each party were an Adhering Party under the terms of the NFC Representation Protocol. Counterparty shall promptly notify Dealer of any change to its status as a party making the NFC Representation.
