The constitution and bylaws of the NFL and the articles of association and bylaws of the NFL Management Council, including any amendments to such documents and any interpretations of such documents issued from time to time by the NFL Commissioner; all rules, regulations, practices, and resolutions of the NFL or the NFL Management Council; any existing or future agreements entered into by the NFL or the NFL Management Council; and such other rules or policies as the NFL, the NFL Management Council or the NFL Commissioner may issue from time to time that are within the issuing party’s jurisdiction and including the custom and practice thereunder.
