Niagara’s Choice Federal Credit Union Warranty. NCFCU warrants that: (A) NCFCU has the authority to enter into this agreement and perform its obligations hereunder; and (B) It has developed each service (other than any portion furnished by a subcontractor or third party vendor) and owns and/or has the right to furnish the same (including any portion furnished by a subcontractor or third party vendor.)
