  • Night Shift Employees who are required to work at least five-eighths of their normal daily tour of duty after 4:30 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. shall be paid at the rate of five percent over and above his/her normal biweekly or hourly rate of pay for the entire shift so worked.

  • Night Differential An employee shall be paid a night differential, bi-weekly for hours worked between midnight and 7:00 a.m. at a rate of $3.00 per hour. Night differential worked during overtime will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times $3.00 and on statutory holidays at two (2) times $3.00.

  • Night Duty Employees shall be paid eight percent (8%) more than the base rate for each hour worked between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. provided that the employees’ regular shift includes at least one (1) hour between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., except for those employees participating in an authorized flex-time program and who voluntarily work between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. 260. Employees shall be paid ten percent (10%) more than the base rate for each hour worked between the hours of midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 7:00 a.m. provided that the employees’ regular shift includes at least five (5) hours between the hours of midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 7:00 a.m.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • Daylight Saving Time The changing of Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time, or vice versa, shall not result in Employees being paid more or less than their normal scheduled daily hours. The hour difference shall be split between the Employees completing their shift and those commencing their shift.

  • Daylight Saving Where by reason of State legislation, summer time is prescribed as being in advance of the standard time in that State the length of any shift: • Commencing before the time prescribed by the relevant legislation for the commencement of a summer time period, and • Commencing on or before the time prescribed by such legislation for the termination of a summer time period, shall be deemed to be the number of hours represented by the difference between the time recorded by the clock at the beginning of the shift and the time so recorded at the end of the shift. The time of the clock in each case is to be set to the time fixed by the relevant State legislation. In this subclause the expressions "standard time" and "summer time" shall bear the same meaning as are prescribed by the relevant State legislation.

  • Night Work Employees who work at night as part of their normal working week are entitled to receive an enhancement of time and one third for all hours worked between 8.00 pm and 6.00 am.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Fixed Kilowatt Rate Product If Clearview Energy would like to propose a change to a fixed kilowatt rate product, you will be notified by the process described in Change of Terms. Fixed price products may change due to new or modified federal, state or local laws; or regulatory actions that impose new or modified fees. 2b. Month-to-month Variable Kilowatt Rate Product – Month-to-month variable kilowatt rate products are subject to change without notice at Clearview Energy’s discretion outside of any applicable promotion.
