No Abandonment of Rights. No delay or failure on the part of the Non-Defaulting Party in exercising any right or remedy to which it may be entitled on account of any Event of Default shall constitute an abandonment of any such right, and the Non-Defaulting Party shall be entitled to exercise such right or remedy at any time during the continuance of an Event of Default.
