No Abatement of Administration Fees and Other Charges. It is understood and agreed that so long as any Bonds are outstanding under the Indenture, the Administration Fees and other charges payable to the Authority pursuant to this Participation Agreement or the Note shall continue to be payable at the times and in the amount herein specified, whether or not the Project, or any portion thereof, shall have been destroyed by fire or other casualty, or title thereto or the use thereof shall have been taken by the exercise of the power of eminent domain, and that there shall be no abatement of any such Administration Fees and other charges by reason thereof.
