No Abatement of Rent and Purchase Payments. In no event shall Lessee be entitled to any compensation or damages on account of any annoyance or inconvenience in making repairs or on account of such destruction. Lessee shall not be entitled to any abatement of Rent and Purchase Payments for the period while such repairs are being made.
