No Abbott Claims. Without limiting the rights of either Party under Section 4.04, 4.05 or 4.06, Abbott shall not make, and shall not permit an Abbott Subsidiary to make, any claim or demand, or commence any Proceeding asserting any claim or demand, including any claim of contribution or indemnification, against AbbVie or an AbbVie Subsidiary or any other Person released pursuant to Section 4.01(b), with respect to any Liabilities released pursuant to Section 4.01(b).
