Common use of No Access Clause in Contracts

No Access. Where the Company cannot obtain access to the point of pickup for any reason or where the facilities at the point of pickup or transmission facilities between such point and the Company's terminal facilities are not available, the Company may broadcast any program originated in cooperation with any company or organization without assigning an employee to the pickup. When time permits, the Company will notify the Union of its intended utilization of this Section prior to the broadcast.
