No Action Contrary to Borrower’s Rights; Quiet Enjoyment. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Security Agreement to the contrary, so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Security Agent agrees that neither it nor any Person claiming by, through or under Security Agent, will not take any action in violation of Borrower’s rights, including the right to purchase the Aircraft under the Purchase Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Security Agreement by Borrower.
