Common use of No Action Contrary to Borrower’s Rights; Quiet Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

No Action Contrary to Borrower’s Rights; Quiet Enjoyment. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Mortgage to the contrary, so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, each of the Administrative Agent and Lenders agrees that neither it nor any Person claiming by, through or under it, will take any action in violation of the Borrower's rights, including the right to quiet enjoyment, possession and use of the Aircraft in accordance with the terms of this Mortgage by Borrower.

Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Mortgage Indenture to the contrary, so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, each of the Administrative Agent and Lenders Indenture Trustee agrees that neither it nor any Person claiming by, through or under it, will not take any action in violation of the Borrower's ’s rights, including the right to quiet enjoyment, possession and use of the Aircraft in accordance with the terms of this Mortgage Trust Indenture by BorrowerBorrower or its Lessee.
