No Action Contrary to Certain Third Party Rights. Notwithstanding any other provision of any Operative Document, unless a Charter Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing and the Charter shall have been declared to be in default pursuant to Article 22 thereof, the Indenture Trustee shall not take or cause to be taken any action contrary to the Charterer's rights under the Charter, including without limitation the rights of the Charterer under Article 7 thereof.
