No Action Contrary to the Lessee's Rights Under the Lease. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Indenture or the Trust Agreement to the contrary, so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, neither the Indenture Trustee nor the Owner Trustee will take any affirmative acts that interfere with the peaceful and quiet possession and enjoyment of the Aircraft by the Lessee.
