Common use of No Action Except Under Lease, Refunding Agreement, Indenture or Instructions Clause in Contracts

No Action Except Under Lease, Refunding Agreement, Indenture or Instructions. The Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee agree that they will not use, operate, store, lease, control, manage, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with, or place Liens on, the Aircraft or any other part of the Trust Indenture Estate except (i) as required or permitted by the terms of the Lease or the Refunding Agreement, or (ii) in accordance with the powers granted to, or the authority conferred upon, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Indenture and in accordance with the terms hereof.
