No Action Except Under Lease, Trust Indenture or Instructions. The Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee agree that they will not use, operate, store, lease, control, manage, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with the Aircraft or any other part of the Trust Indenture Estate except (i) as required by the terms of the Lease or (ii) in accordance with the powers granted to, or the authority conferred upon, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Trust Indenture and in accordance with the express terms hereof.
