No Action Except Under Security Agreement or Instructions. The Security Trustee agrees that it will not manage, control, use, sell, lease, operate, store, dispose of or otherwise deal with the Aircraft or other property constituting part of the Collateral except in accordance with the powers granted to, or the authority conferred upon, the Security Trustee pursuant to this Security Agreement and in accordance with the express terms hereof.
