No Action Except Under Specified Agreements or Instructions. The Owner Trustee shall have no right, power or authority to, and the Owner Trustee agrees that it will not, manage, control, use, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with any Accepted Unit or any other part of the Trust Estate except as (i) expressly provided by the terms of this Trust Agreement, (ii) expressly required by the terms of any Owner Trustee Agreement or (iii) expressly directed or authorized in written instructions from the Owner Participant pursuant to Section 4.1 or 4.2.
