No Action Except Under Specified Documents. The Town Hall Funding Eligible Lender Trustee shall not otherwise deal with the Interim Trust Loans except in accordance with the powers granted to and the authority conferred upon the Town Hall Funding Eligible Lender Trustee pursuant to this Agreement and the Town Hall Funding Purchase Agreement.
