No Action Except Under Trust Indenture or Instructions. The Indenture Trustee agrees that it will not use, operate, store, lease, control, manage, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with the Aircraft or any other part of the Collateral except in accordance with the powers granted to, or the authority conferred upon, the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Trust Indenture and in accordance with the express terms hereof.
