No Actions or Consents. Other than the actions required to register the Pledged Securities in the name of the Collateral Agent after an Event of Default, all actions and consents, including all filings, notices, registrations and recordings necessary or desirable for the exercise by the Collateral Agent of the voting or other rights provided for in this Agreement or the exercise of remedies respect of the Collateral have been made or obtained.
