Common use of No Additional Authorization Clause in Contracts

No Additional Authorization. Neither the execution and delivery by the Borrower of the Operative Documents nor the performance by the Borrower of its obligations thereunder requires the consent or approval of, the giving of notice to, or the registration with, or the taking of any other action in respect of any Federal, state or foreign government authority or agency, except for (A) the orders, permits, waivers, exemptions, authorizations and approvals of the regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the operation of the Designated Aircraft by the Borrower, which orders, permits, waivers, exemptions, authorizations and approvals have been duly obtained or will on or prior to the Delivery Date be duly obtained, and will on the Delivery Date be in full force and effect, (B) any normal periodic and other reporting requirements under the Federal Aviation Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder and the applicable rules and regulations of the FAA, in each case to the extent required to be given or obtained only after the Delivery Date and (C) any filings, registrations or applications specifically described in this Agreement.
