Common use of No Additional Consulting Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Additional Consulting Benefits. Dx. Xxxxx agrees that he shall provide the Services in exchange for the Consulting Benefits described in this Section 3 and that he is not entitled to any benefits, coverages or privileges, including, without limitation, social security, unemployment, medical or pension payments, made available to employees of the Company or any other consideration or benefits from the Company for the performance of the Services.
