No Additional Liability for Members. Any indemnification under this Section 15 shall be satisfied solely out of the Company’s assets. In no event may an Indemnitee subject any Member (or any of its Affiliates) to personal liability by reason of these indemnification provisions, nor shall the indemnification under this Section 15 result in any liability of a Member (or any of its Affiliates) to third parties.
