No Additional Obligations. Except as provided in this section, Seller will have no obligation to maintain, repair, alter, reconstruct, or replace any portion of the Property or preserve or enter into any existing or new leases or service contracts, and Purchaser acknowledges that no express or implied representations or covenants to do so exist.
