No Additional Severance Payments. Except as provided in Section 4.3., 4.4. and this Section 7, the Executive shall not be entitled to any payments by the Company in the event of the termination of his employment by the Company. In such event, the Executive shall have no obligation to seek other employment to mitigate damages and any income earned by the Executive from other employment or self-employment shall not be offset against any of the Company's payment obligations under this Section 7.
