Common use of No Additional Severance Payments Clause in Contracts

No Additional Severance Payments. Employee acknowledges and agrees that he shall not be a participant in, and he hereby waives any right to participate in, any severance pay plan (as the same may be amended from time to time) that generally covers employees of the Company or an Affiliate such as to preclude duplicative severance pay benefits that are in addition to those provided to Employee under the terms of this Agreement and, in such event, such other severance pay benefits shall not be provided to Employee.
