No Additional Waiver Implied by One Waiver. In the event any agreement, warranty, representation or covenant contained in this Agreement or any Loan Document applicable to it shall be breached by Borrower and thereafter waived by Lender, such waiver shall be limited to the particular breach so waived and shall not be deemed to waive any other breach hereunder. The failure or delay of Lender to require performance by Borrower of any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall not affect its right to require performance of such provision unless and until such performance has been waived in writing by Lender in accordance with the terms hereof.
