No Additional Waiver Implied. If the Agency or Provider fails to perform any obligations under this Agreement and thereafter such failure is waived by the other party, such waiver shall be limited to the particular matter waived and shall not be deemed to waive any other failure hereunder. Waivers shall not be effective unless in writing.
