No Adjustment for Small Amounts. The Company shall not be required to give effect to any adjustment in the Per Share Price unless and until the net effect of one or more adjustments, determined as provided above, shall have required a change of the Per Share Price by at least one percent (1%) of such Per Share Price; provided, however, that any adjustments which by reason of this Section 6.1.2 are not required to be made shall be carried forward and taken into account (together with any other adjustments so carried forward) in any subsequent adjustment. All calculations made under this Section 6.1.2 shall be made to the nearest one cent ($.01) or to the nearest one-hundredth (1/100) of a share, as the case may be, but in no event shall the Company be obligated to issue fractional shares upon the exercise of this Warrant.
