No Adjustment for Stock Options, Issuances Below Exercise Prices, etc. (1) Notwithstanding anything in this Article 4, no adjustment shall be made in the acquisition rights attached to the Warrants if the issue of Shares, rights, options, warrants or securities exchangeable or convertible into Shares, is being made pursuant to this Agreement or pursuant to any stock option or stock purchase plan in force from time to time for directors, officers or employees of the Corporation, or being made to satisfy existing instruments issued and outstanding as of the date of this Agreement.
