No Adjustment for Stock Options. Notwithstanding anything in this Article 7, no adjustment shall be made in the Conversion Price if the issue of Common Shares is being made pursuant to this Debenture or pursuant to any stock option plan in force from time to time for directors, officers or employees of the Corporation.
