No adjustment of Warrant Price and Number of Shares. The number and kind of securities purchasable on the exercise of each Warrant and the Warrant Price shall not be subject to anti-dilutive adjustment for any reason, whatsoever, including but not limited to, forward or reverse splits of the Company's common stock, stock or cash dividend, or recapitalization.
