No Adjustments Required. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, there shall be no adjustment in the Exercise Price in connection with (i) the grant of any option, or the exercise of any option granted under an employee benefit plan or stock option plan or (ii) upon the exercise of any Convertible Security outstanding on the date of this Warrant.
