No adjustment in the Exercise Price in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.1(a), 4.1(b) or 4.1(c) or Section 4.2(a) hereof need be made unless such adjustment would amount to a change of at least .5% in such Exercise Price of the Warrant Certificates; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the amount by which any adjustment is not made by reason of the provisions of this Section 4.3 shall be carried forward and taken into account at the time of any subsequent adjustment in the Exercise Price.
