No Advancing. Under no circumstance shall the Primary Servicer make or have an obligation to make any Advances. The Primary Servicer will promptly notify the Master Servicer in accordance with the Task Description if the Primary Servicer believes that a Servicing Advance is or will be required to be made with respect to any Mortgage Loan.
